正交实验法优选润肠通乐丸中挥发油包合工艺 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究β-CD包合润肠通乐丸中当归、枳实挥发油的最佳工艺。方法采用正交实验设计,以油和β-CD比例、β-CD和水比例、包合温度、包合时间为考察因素,以挥发油利用率和包合物收得率进行综合评分,优选β-CD包合润肠通乐丸中挥发油的最佳工艺条件。结果最佳挥发油包合工艺条件为:油与β-CD比例为1∶4,加15倍量水,40℃包合3h。结论该工艺简单、稳定、可行,挥发油利用率和包合物收得率较高,包合效果良好。 Objective To study the optimal inclusion process conditions for volatile oil from Angelica sinensis(Oliv.) Diels.and Citrus aurantium L.in Runchangtongle Pills.Methods The volatile oil utilization efficiency and inclusion yield were evaluated by using four indexes including the ratio of volatile oil to β-CD,the ratio of β-CD to water,inclusion temperature and inclusion time.The saturated water solutions method was used to optimize the technology for preparing β-CD inclusion compound.Results The optimal preparation conditions for inclusion were established as follows:volatile oil∶β-CD was 1∶4,β-CD∶water was 1∶15,the temperature was at 40 ℃,and the inclusion time was 3 h.Conclusion The whole inclusion technique is simple,stable and feasible,the yield is high in the optimal process conditions,and the purpose of inclusion was achieved.
