摘要
目的 :探讨以SRS与全颅放射治疗相结合的方法综合治疗脑转移瘤的疗效。材料与方法 :根据病人病情分为三组 :4例行单纯SRS治疗 ,6例先行SRS治疗后再行全颅照射 ,6例先行全颅照射再行SRS治疗。结果 :根据病灶的缩小或消失、原位复发、脑水肿消失四项观察指标 ,随访 6月 ,认为先全颅照射再行SRS治疗的方案疗效较好。结论 :我们认为 ,对于脑转移瘤经全颅照射再行SRS治疗转移灶控制较好 ,较少出现复发和新的转移灶 ,具有一定的推广价值。
Purpose To invesigate the role of whole brain radiation(WBRT) in the treatment of brain metastases by stereotactic radiosurgery. Materials and methods 16 patients were divided into three groups,4 cases of SRS(stereotactic radiosurgery) treatment were alone, 6 cases were treated by SRS and then WBRT(SRS WBRT) and the other 6 patient undergone at first WBRT(WBRT SRS). Results Based on the disappearance of lesions, local recurrence and degree of brain edema,(SRS WBRT) showed avantangeous compared to other 2 modalities. Conclusion We propose that the treatment of brain metastases be begun with WBRT. It seems to lower the appearance of the new lesions, and local recurrence.\;
