DRGs支付方式的基本特点及其发展趋势 被引量：4

摘要 自1983年美国政府实施基于DRGs的支付方式以来,这一支付方式也逐渐成为大多数发达国家医院补偿的主要机制。但是,实施基于DRGs的支付方式的特殊背景、设计特点、具体措施及其发展趋势在不同国家却有所不同。该文在简述基于DRGs-PPS支付方式的基本目标、原理、构建要素以及激励机制的基础上,对DRGs-PPS支付方式的发展趋势作出了系统的分析。
