摘要
高校的立身之本就是将教学、科研和成果转化进行结合,只有将科研成果与社会生产进行紧密结合,才能使其转化为现实生产力,最终服务于社会。高校科研成果的转化工作是一项系统且比较复杂的工程,科研管理部门需要大胆创新管理机制,充分发挥应有的导向作用和服务功能,激励教师从事科研成果的转化,并依法保护教师应该取得的合法收益。
The foundation of colleges and universities is the combination of teaching,scientific research achievements＇transformation;only the close combination of scientific research achievements and social production can transform it into real productivity and serve society finally.The transformation of scientific research achievements in institutions of higher learning is a systematic and complicated project;scientific research management departments need to make bold innovation about management mechanism,give full play to its guiding role and service function,stimulate teachers to engage in the transformation of research achievements,and protect the lawful gains teachers should obtain according to law.
