摘要
随着我国高等教育事业的改革与发展,高校的青年教师迅速增多,做好青年教师的思想政治教育工作,全面提高他们的思想政治素质和业务素质,是高校坚持社会主义办学方向、提高人才培养质量的重要保证。因此,认真审视青年教师思想政治工作现状,采取有效措施,大力加强和改进高校青年教师的思想政治教育工作,是各高校当前一项紧迫而重要的任务。
With reform and development of China＇s higher education,the number of young teachers is increasing rapidly.It is the important guarantee for institutions of higher learning to adhere to the socialist school-running direction and improve the personnel training quality to do a good job of ideological and political education of young teachers and comprehensively improve their ideological and political quality and professional quality.Therefore,to examine carefully the present situation of young teachers＇ ideological and political work,take effective measures,and greatly strengthen and improve the young teachers＇ ideological and political education in colleges and universities,is currently an urgent and important task of institutions of higher learning.
