摘要
目的 :测定了三种滇产鼠草属植物丹参酮ⅡA 的含量。方法 :用薄层扫描法 ,并与正品丹参作对比。结果 :甘西鼠尾丹参酮ⅡA 含量最高 ,其次为滇丹参 ,褐毛甘西鼠尾中丹参酮ⅡA 与正品丹参相当。结论
Objective:To determine tanshinone Ⅱ A content in three kinds of plants belonging to salvia.Methods:TLC scanning method was used and the determination result was compared with that of Radix salviae miltiorrhizae.Results:Tanshinone Ⅱ A content of S. przewalskii maxim was the highest, and next is S.yunnanensis C. H. Wright Tanshinone Ⅱ A content of S.przewalskii maxim Var. mandarinorum stib is equivalent to radix salviae miltiorrhizae.Conclusion:The experiment results have a certain implication in quality evaluation of three kinds of plants belonging to salvia.
