摘要
结合国家体育场开幕式工程,深入分析了开幕式圆形升降舞台衬墙施工方案,详细介绍了单侧圆形挂架模板的设计内容,主要包括圆弧模板及模板单元设计,圆弧模板单元的连接设计;阐述了单侧挂架模板的施工过程,并在此基础上提出了质量保证措施。工程实践表明,采用单侧圆形挂架模板施工技术,圆满地解决了圆形升降舞台12m高衬墙单侧支模的施工难题,工程质量达到了设计及施工规范的要求。
Combined with the opening ceremony project of the National Stadium,the authors analyzed the construction scheme of the interior wall of the circular lifting stage for the opening ceremony,introduced the formwork design with the unilateral circular rack,including design of the arc formwork and its units as well as the connection of the units,described the formwork construction process and on the basis of that,proposed quality control measures.The engineering practice shows that formwork construction technology with unilateral circular rack can solve the construction difficulty of providing unilateral formwork support for the 12m high interior wall of a circular lifting stage.
