摘要
生殖与胚胎发育过程中植物细胞程序性死亡(PCD)的典型特点在于它的细胞类型特异性。即在特定时期,只有特定的细胞才会发生PCD。介绍了植物生殖和胚胎发育过程中各种类型的细胞在特定时期所发生的PCD的形态和生化特征。这些PCD类型包括大小孢子的退化、单性花的形成、性别决定、心皮通化、花粉发育及绒毡层的解体、胚胎发育过程中胚柄及糊粉层的消失以及体细胞胚胎发生等。同时对植物生长和发育过程中PCD的作用及其可能的信号传导机制进行了总结。
Programmed cell death (PCD) during reproduction and embryogenesis in plants is remarkably characterized by its cell types and only some types of cell can be triggered by PCD at specific stages.In this review,the types of cell triggeing cell death during reproduction and embryogenesis are introduced,and their morphological and biochemical features are stated respectively.These types of PCD include degeneration of megaspore or microspore,formation of unisexual flower,sexual determination,degeneration of carpel and tapetum and pollen developmet,degeneration of suspensor and aleurone,and embryogenesis of somatocyte.Also,the functions and potential mechanisms of signal pathway involving PCD during plant growth and development are presented.$$$$
