摘要
针对中低压配电网中无功需求的增长以及电网节能降损的要求,选用混合型无功补偿装置SVG+TSC(MSC),可以实现对负荷快速分级、连续进行无功补偿,从而提高电网的稳定性和减少电能损耗,是一种理想的无功补偿方案。混合型无功补偿装置在上海三林港水闸低压台区投用后,功率因数每相均达到0.97以上,无功补偿效果明显,谐波畸变率得到降低,保障了电网的安全稳定运行,取得了良好的经济效益。
Due to the increasing of reactive power demands for distribution network and the requirement of energy loss reduction, in this paper a hybrid reactive power compensation device (SVG+ TSC) achieved rapidly and dynamically reactive power compensation can ensure the power system stability and reduce energy losses, is an optimal reactive power compensation option. On-site application in low-voltage area of Sanlin Harbor Sluice show that the three phase power factor raised the numerical value above 0.97 can achieve markedly reactive power compensation and harmonic treatment, also ensuring the power system stability and bringing good economic benefits
