摘要
认识实习是教学计划中一个重要的实践性教学环节,主要任务是培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。根据"卓越(产业)计划"对认识实习的要求,针对传统认识实习的薄弱环节,通过优化实习内容、加强师资队伍建设、提高学生学习兴趣、强化实习过程监控和实习质量管理,提高认识实习的教学质量和学生的综合素质。
