摘要
目的:建立检测降糖中药及保健品非法添加双胍类成分的薄层色谱检查方法。方法:样品用乙醇溶解后直接点于硅胶GF254薄层板上;展开剂为石油醚-甲醇-冰乙酸(5:12:0.5);薄层扫描条件:测定波长324 nm,参比波长400 nm,线性参数SX=3,狭缝宽度0.4 mm×0.4 mm,灵敏度中等。结果:本实验建立的条件能够把降糖中成药和保健食品中二胍类成分(二甲双胍,苯乙双胍)进行较好的分离,对六种中药降糖药进行检测,与相应标准物质比较,其中三种保健药品中,非法添加了二胍类成分。结论:本法简便、快速、成本低,可用于降糖中药及保健品非法添加双胍类成分的常规检查。
Objective:To establish a TLC method for determination of Biguanide Illegally mixed into hypoglycemic proprietary Chinese Medicines and Health Food.Method:Sample dissolved in ethanol was used as solution,and can be spotted on Silica gelGF254 thin-layer plate directly;developing solvent as petroleum ether-methol-acetic acid(5:10:0.5).TLC scanning conditions:detection wavelength was 324 nm,reference wavelength was 400nm,linear parameter was SX=3,slit width was 0.4mm×0.4mm,sensitivity was moderate.Results:this experiment set up to the conditions of the traditional Chinese medicine and health food in sugar the pill ingredients like(metformin,Phenformin) better separation,seven kinds of preparations for testing,and the corresponding standard material comparison,three of them care drugs,illegal added two ingredients like pill.Conclucion:the experiment method is rapid simple and effective,reproducible and high sensitivity and specificity is strong,can be used for glucose-lowering proprietary Chinese medicine and health food illegally added two first-line ingredients like the quick screening,traditional Chinese medicine of hypoglycemic class for quality control.
