摘要
20世纪后半期以来,西方理论界出现了"空间转向",与此契合的是,文学叙事的空间维度日益受到叙事学界的关注。如何理解空间是开展空间叙事研究的前提,也是需要进一步梳理的问题。理解空间应注意三个方面:第一,了解历史上空间意义的基本内涵和发展脉络,这是理解空间的起点。第二,在"空间转向"的视阈下理解空间———空间的凸显、空间意义的多维性与复杂性、对二元对立的超越,这是理解空间的重点。第三,在文学叙事的层面把握空间的意义,这是理解空间的落脚点。文学叙事空间是由作者、读者、文本共同建构的想象性、艺术化空间,既是表达层面的空间形式,又是内容层面的具象空间。
The second half of the 20th century has witnessed the ＂spatial turn＂ in the western theory circle. In agreement with this turn, space in literary narrative has been drawing the attention of the Narratology circle. How to comprehend space, is the premise of the spatial narrative studies, and a question to be further discussed. In order to understand space, the following three aspects need to be noticed. Firstly, the fundamental meaning and the major development of the concept of space in history is the starting point. See- ondly, it is the focal point to comprehend space by view of ＂ spatial turn＂, to comprehend the prominence of space, the multi - dimen- tions and complexity of space, and space as a transcendence over duality. Thirdly, to understand the space in literary narrative is the foothold. The literary narrative space is an imaginary and artistic space co- constructed by the author, text and reader, with both for- mal space at the level of expression and concrete space at the level of content.
