摘要
针对高职院校教师教学质量评价的现状和存在的问题,提出通过设计评价指标、改革评价模式、引导教师自评、搞好学生评教和建立有效反馈机制等5项举措,改进教师教学质量评价方法,充分发挥教学质量评价的导向激励作用,进一步提高人才培养质量。
According to the current situation and existing problems of higher vocational college teachers＇teaching quality assessment,this paper puts forward that by means of designing the assessment index,improving the evaluation mode,guiding the teacher to make self-evaluation,organizing the students＇ evaluation of teaching well and establishing the effective feedback system to improve teachers＇ teaching quality assessment method,to play orientating and inspiring role of teaching quality assessment fully and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
