摘要
近几年,技术性贸易措施数量增长明显、标准不断提高、程序愈发繁复,对农产品贸易的影响越来越显著。中国是世界第三大农产品贸易国,研究全球技术性贸易措施发展趋势及影响,对中国利用国际国内两种资源两个市场、调剂国内市场余缺、保证农产品有效供给具有重要意义。
Though China＇s dairy production is growing rapidly by consumption, cost competitiveness is not high in the international market, market space and profit space of domestic industry is under direct influence. Therefore, it is realistic and urgent meaning that we must grasp the Chinese dairy products supply and demand characteristics and development trend accurately, analysize deeply into international trade to the domestic dairy industry bring potential risk, and puts fi）rward suggestions to deal with.
