摘要
"内风",又称"风气内动",是中医学特有的概念,所涉及的病证范围很广,主要包括中医称之为中风、眩晕、痫证、颤证等现代临床常见的脑血管意外、脑动脉硬化症、高血压脑病、癫痫病、震颤麻痹综合证等。临床研究发现其发病机理大多与瘀血有关,采用活血化瘀的方药治疗取得较好的疗效,从而证明活血化瘀法是治疗各种内风证的有效法则,为确立活血熄风法奠定了临床基础。
‘Internal wind＇, also called ＇ internal wind stirring＇ , is a unique concept of Chinese medicine. It refers to various syndromes, including cerebrovascular events, cerebral arteriosclerosis, hypertensive brain disease, falling sickness, parkinsonism, which are also called stroke, vertigo, epilepsy, tremble respectively in Chinese medicine. Clinical research shows blood stagnation is the main cause of disease, and formula of blood activating wind extinguishing has good efficacy, which is the proof of the effectiveness for various internal wind syndrome and provide clinical basis for establishment of method of blood activating wind extinguishing.
