摘要
目的:观察孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗丙酸氟替卡松(即舒利迭)治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:将60例支气管哮喘中重症患儿(符合哮喘诊断分级标准)随机分为两组:治疗组32例急性期哮喘全身激素及支气管扩张剂治疗,症状缓解后给予孟鲁司特钠5 mg每晚1次,舒利迭一吸2次/d,对照组28例症状缓解后给予舒利迭治疗一吸2次/d。结果:患儿哮喘症状缓解程度如夜间惊醒次数,活动后气急减轻程度治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。舒利迭3个月时减量治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合舒利迭治疗效果好,优于单用舒利迭,值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the conjoint therapy effectiveness of Montelukast and salmeteyol fluticasone（Seretide）,on the child patients of bronchial asthma.Method 60 children with serious bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group of 32 children in acute stage was treated with systemic hormones and bronchodilator first,then treated with 5 mg Montelukast and one piece of Seretide after remission,twice per day;control group of 28 children was only treated with one piece of Seretide after remission,twice per day.Results The easement of bronchial asthma for treatment group,such as the times of night waking,dyspnea after activity,and the values of P0.05 and FEV1/FVC,is much better than control group.Conclusion The conjoint therapy effectiveness of Montelukast and Seretide is better than that of single Seretide,and it is worth to use widely.
