摘要
利用旋风分离清选系统试验台,以分离筒入口角度、分离筒有无通气孔以及吸杂风机、扬谷器转速为试验因素,选取籽粒清洁率和清选损失率为试验指标,进行了清选性能单因素试验,得出了清选性能试验规律,为解决清选分离筒体积庞大、物料堵塞等问题提供了依据。
Using cyclone separating cleaning system test-bed, we had a single factor test about the cleaning rate and Losing rate of the system as entrance angle and vents up in the the Cyclone separator, speed of fan and winnower for test factors and get clear choose performance test rule. The study provides a test basis for huge volume of the cyclone Separator and the plugging of mixing material.
