摘要
我国目前职业教育集团化办学的类型主要有联盟型、事业法人型、民办非企业单位法人型和企业法人型职教集团四种,但在解决教育链、产业链、利益链三链融合问题上,企业法人型无疑是最合适的一种集团化办学模式,其发展的关键是建立既符合现代市场经济要求又符合现代职业教育理念的现代企业制度,妥善处理好集团盈利性与教育公益性间的矛盾。
At present, there are four kinds of vocational education groups in china including the alliance type, the institutional legal person type, the civilian-run non-enterprise unit legal person type and enterprise legal person type. No doubt, for integrating the education chain, the industry chain and interest chain, the enterprise legal person type is the best col- lectivize school-running model. The key for developing the enterprise legal person type vocational education group is to build the modern enterprise system both according with the needs of modern market economy and modern vocational education concept while properly handle the contradiction between the profitability of group and the public nature of education.
