摘要
目的探讨糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹综合治疗的，临床疗效。方法对符合条件的30例糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹患者给予严格控制血糖、扩血管、改善微循环、营养神经、中医针刺及对症治疗等中西医综合治疗，观察其治疗效果。结果本组30例患者，总有效率达93．3％。结论中西医结合综合治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive strategies on diabetic oculomotor neuropathies. Methods Thirty cases of diabetic oculomotor neuropathies were treated by comprehensive strategies： including strict blood sugar control, vasodilatation, improvement of microcirculation, never nutrition, acupuncture, supportive care, etc. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% of the 30 cases. Conclusions The effect of combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine comprehensive strategies on diabetic oculomotor neuropathies is remarkable and worth of clinical applying.
