摘要
针对我国高技术产业升级要求,应用突变级数法,构建高技术产业升级能力评价指标体系,选取我国高技术产业工业总产值排名前16位的省市,以这些地区的大中型高技术企业为研究对象,对其整体产业升级能力进行定量研究,并结合相关数据,对评价结果进行综合分析,指明各省市高技术产业存在的问题,并提出产业提升策略。
Based on the requirement of high-tech industry upgrading in our country, industrial upgrading capacity evaluation index system of high-tech industry is established by applying CPM, selecting top 16 total output value of high-tech industry provinces and cities, meanwhile, taking large and middle high-tech enterprises as the re- search object in these areas, the paper carries out quantitative study with evaluation on whole industrial upgrading capacity. It gives a comprehensive analysis on the evaluation result combined with related data and points out ex- isting problems in high-tech industry in different provinces and promotion strategies
