摘要
采用钌钛网为阳极、钛网为阴极的电催化氧化装置深度处理焦化废水,研究了电流密度、极板数量、反应器结构、污水流态及流速对COD去除及处理能耗的影响。结果表明,在电极板4对、电流密度100 A/m2、推流循环流态、流速50 mL/min、处理时间120 min的条件下,电能利用率最高,装置对污水COD的去除率达到58.8%,COD去除能耗为78.6 W.h/g。
The electro-catalytic oxidation equipment has used Ti/RuO2 mesh as anode, and titanium mesh as cathode for the advanced treatment of coking wastewater. The effects of current density,the number of polar plates, reactor structure ,waste-water flow state and flow velocity on COD removing rate and energy consumption are studied. The results show that when four pairs of polar plates are used ,the current density is 100 A/m2,plug-flow circulation flow state ,the flow velocity is 50 mL/min ,and treatment time is 120 min ,the electrical energy utilization is the the COD removing rate reaches 58.8% and the energy consumption of COD removal is 78.6 W.h/g.
