突破ERP实施瓶颈的生产信息一体化集成管理研究 被引量:3

A Research on Integrating Management of Production Information for Breaking Through Implementation Bottleneck of ERP

摘要 文章系统地阐述了主流信息化软件ERP的区域使用现状及信息化应用深度,虽然应用比率高居80%,但是生产信息管理是其薄弱环节及实施瓶颈。进而指出ERP系统中生产信息管理的现存问题,包括应变性差、任务排序寻优性差、计划与控制相分离、软件底层功能弱、决策支持数据缺失以及中小企业实施难度大。针对于此,引入APS,实施ERP与MES系统集成,设计ERP/MES/APS/PCS一体化集成的生产信息管理模式,提出ERP系统中生产信息管理的优化对策。最后,指出生产信息一体化集成管理模式的优点在于:适应精益生产的需要,灵活改变工序计划编排,实现中间品信息的精细管理,提供用户最需要的决策支持信息,具有计划管理优化能力以及满足企业成本信息管控需求。 The paper systematically formulated regional usage actuality and application depth of ERP as main stream informatization software.Although application rate standed at 80%,production information management was the weak link and bottleneck.Then existing problems were pointed out,including bad adaptability,weak ability of optimizing task sequence,separation of plan and control,weak bottom function of software,missing decision support information and great implementation difficulty for medium-sized and small enterprises.Specifically for hereof,APS was introduced,and system integration of ERP and MES was implemented.Furthermore,ERP/APS/MES/PCS integration mode was designed for production information management,and optimal countermeasures were proposed accordingly.Finally,advantages of integration management mode of production information were pointed out,which consisted in adapting to the needs of the lean production,changing process plan scheduling agily,realizing meticulous management of intermediate goods,providing decision support info users need most,obtaining production plan management optimization ability and meeting business cost info control demand.
