摘要 针对传统水库洪水调度中,二维图表展示数值计算结果不够直观的缺陷,以高分辨率数字高程模型和遥感影像为基础,建立了三维交互式展示水库地形地貌、水工建筑物及下游河道沿线的可视化平台。以此平台为基础,可进行三维可视化浏览、查询、分析与模拟,实现了三维仿真环境下演示水库调度方案、模拟溃坝洪水演进过程、分析洪水淹没影响等功能。系统为水库调度科学决策提供了一个综合性的、逼真的会商环境,可使决策者在最短的时间内准确直观地获取决策辅助信息。 As in the traditional reservoir flood regulation, numerical calculation results displayed by 2D chart and table is in- sufficient of intuition, based on high resolution digital elevation model and remote sensing images, a visualization platform is es- tablished to interactively display reservoir landform, hydraulic structures and downstream river channel. By this platform, 3D vis- ual browsing, inquiry, analysis and simulation can be conducted and the displays of reservoir regulation scheme, dam break flood routing and flood inundation analysis under simulation environment can be realized. The system provides a comprehensive, realis- tic consultation environment for scientific decision - making of reservoir flood regulation and the auxiliary information for decision -making can be obtained visually as early as possible through the system.
