摘要
齿轮泵广泛应用在各种液压机械中,其性能直接影响到整个液压系统。利用流体分析软件FLUENT对不同边界条件的齿轮泵内流场进行数值模拟,分析齿轮泵本身结构对性能的影响,尤其对产生噪声的影响,为齿轮泵优化提供参考,同时为研究优化方案的可行性奠定了基础。
The gear pump is widely used in all kinds of hydraulic machinery, and its performance is directly affected to the hydraulic system. The internal flow field of gear pump was simulated numerically with flow analyzing software FLUENT in different boundary conditions, and the performance affected by its structure was analyzed, especially for the generation of noise. It provides reference for optimization of the gear pump, at the same time, establishes a certain foundation for feasibility study of optimization project.
