基于移动互联网的大容量交通视频信息的实时传输研究

摘要 由高清电子警察获取的大容量视频信息的实时传输技术基于2G、3G及WIFI等移动互联网方式,能根据移动互联网信号不稳定、带宽窄、网速低等特点动态调节视频帧率,实现数据的快速传输,从而最大程度上满足用户实时查看的要求。 Based on the form of mobile internet such as 2G, 3G and WIFI, a method of real-time transmission of large-capacity video information obtained by the high-definition e-police is proposed, which can adjust the video frame rate dynamically according to the stability and width of mobile internet, so that video data could be transmitted rapidly and the demand for viewing real-time information could be met in the largest extent.
