摘要
道德与法律的关系是"思想道德修养与法律基础"课内容体系的重要逻辑主线,也是其教学过程无法回避的范畴之一。从内容整体上厘清道德与法律之间的内在关联,并通过研究其内蕴的理论脉络和教学实践路径选择,进而获得对课程整体的自如把握,这是该课程教学实践路径的必然选择。
The relationship between moral and law is the important logical mainline of the foundational course. We always can not avoid it in the process of teaching. From the content of foundational course as a whole we clarify the intrinsic connection between morality and law, and study its intrinsic and theoretical framework and teaching practice, and then we will get easily grasp the overall of foundational course, which this is the inevitable choice of basic course teaching.
