摘要
酒店筹建是饭店经营管理最重要的基础,好坏直接影响到酒店开业后的运营与效率。在分析目前我国酒店业投资建设中存在的问题基础上,应用酒店投资可行性分析方法和杰克.特劳特定位理论,以芗江酒店原红楼拆除改扩建工程(翠华楼)为例,强调组建酒店管理团队对筹建酒店的重要性,在充分评估市场的潜在需求的基础上,建立基于酒店经营的精准定位,以及定位下的特色经营、建筑功能布局和经济评价。
