摘要
利用流体力学理论分析了理想情况下不定形耐火物料在管内的流动特性,应用专业流体仿真软件FLUENT对不定形耐火物料在实际工况下流动状态进行数值模拟与流场分析,发现了缩短不连续泵送间断时间与设计合适的管道参数对于不定形耐火物料的连续输送都有较大影响,验证了不定形耐火物料柱塞状流动这一特性,为喷嘴以及风压的设计提供了依据。
The flow characteristics of monolithic refractories in pipes in ideal conditions were analyzed based on hydrodynamics. The numerical simulation and analysis of the flow field were carried out using the pro- fessional fluid simulation software FLUENT for monolithic refractories in actual conditions. It is found that shortening the intermittent time of discontinuous pumping and designing appropriate pipe parameters have obvious effects on the continuous conveying of monolithic refractories ,which proves the plug flow charac- teristics of monolithic refractories,and provides the basis for the design of nozzle and air pressure.
