摘要
用氯化铈 (CeCl3 )沉淀的电镜细胞化学方法 ,对常温下及 2℃低温处理后的冬小麦 (TriticumaestiviumL .)幼苗质膜Ca2 + ATPase活性进行定位 .结果显示 :(1)常温下生长的冬小麦幼苗 ,质膜上有部分Ca2 + ATPase活性反应 .(2 )冬小麦幼苗经 2℃低温处理 1h ,质膜上Ca2 + ATPase活性增加 .处理 3h ,活性进一步加强 .2℃下处理 12h ,有强的酶活性反应 .处理 2 4h后 ,活性反应达到最强 .2℃处理 3d ,Ca2 + ATPase活性有所下降 ,但仍高于CK .细胞结构完整 .据结果推测 ,质膜Ca2 + ATPase活性受细胞内Ca2 + 浓度反馈调节 .图 1参
Cerium trichloride precipitation method was used in electromicroscopic-cytochemical assay to study the localization of the Ca 2+ ATPase activities on plasmolemma of the winter wheat seedlings ( Tritium aestivum L.) under optimal temperature and 2℃ low temperature. The conclusions were obtained as:1) Partial Ca 2+ ATPase activities were observed on the plasmolemma of winter wheat seedlings under normal temperature. 2) Winter wheat seedlings were try 2℃ for 1 h, Ca 2+ ATPase activities were increased on plasmolemma. Further increase in the enzyme activities was obtained after 3 h. After 12 h, Ca 2+ ATPase activities were very strong and the plasmolemma Ca 2+ ATPase activities were the highest after 24 h under 2℃. Plasmolemma Ca 2+ ATPase activities were slightly decreased under 2℃ for 3 d, but still higher than those of control. The cellular ultrastructures were also intacted. The results infer that plasmolemma Ca 2+ ATPase activities were feedback to Ca 2+ intensity level. Fig 1, Ref 10
