摘要
职业学校创优教育是一种着眼于帮助每一个学生走向成功、体现发展性的评价观,秉持因材施教、个性发展的一种教育形态。创优教育本质上是对传统德育评价方法与手段的一种变革。施行德育学分制度、评选"职教之星"、创设"月度优秀"、细化评价标准、施行个性化培养等是创优教育理念下德育评价改革的有效途径。
Excellence-creating education in vocational schools is an education focuses on directing every student toward success,reflecting developing evaluation view,adhering to the concept of teaching students according to their aptitude and promoting personality development.Excellence creating education is essentially a reform of the traditional moral evaluation method.Measures such as undertaking credit system for moral education,awarding ＂vocational education learning star＂ and ＂monthly outstanding student＂,refining evaluation criteria,and cultivating individualization are effective ways for moral evaluation reform under the concept of excellence-creating education.
