摘要
"善治者治皮毛"是医家治疗疾病的最重要原则之一。慢性肾脏病(CKD)极为常见,其治疗目的包括延缓进展、需要评估心血管危险因素、鉴别和治疗相关的并发症,或者行肾脏替代治疗。综合的多重干预可延缓甚至阻断CKD进展,减少CKD死亡的首位原因心血管并发症的发生。本文试着讨论"善治者治皮毛"与CKD防治策略的关系。
The proverb of good doctor to cure fur was from ＂Internal Classic of Huang Di＂.It had been widely guided by the medical scientist as one of the most important therapeutic principles.And CKD（chronic kidney disease）was very common.The objectives were to slow the progression of CKD to take all the cardiovascular risk factors into account,to screen for and treat specific complications and to prepare,if necessary,for renal replacement treatment.Comprehensive multidisciplinary management could slow or even stop the progression of CKD and reduce its cardiovascular complications,which was the leading cause of death in these patients.In this paper,we tried to discuss on the relationship between the proverb of good doctor to cure fur and the preventive or therapeutic strategies of chronic kidney disease.
