摘要
为了更好地认识和防治煤与瓦斯突出,选取原生结构煤和构造软煤代表性样品。利用显微镜、压汞、IS-100型等温吸附解吸仪、MYS-Ⅰ型煤岩样渗透率测试设备和瓦斯煤岩体气固耦合参数测试仪,对2种煤样的物理力学特征进行研究。对比分析其微观结构特征、吸附特性、渗透特性和力学特性。试验结果表明,构造软煤的结构破坏严重,微观裂隙孔隙发育,总孔容是原生结构煤的2~3倍,比表面积是原生结构煤的1.75倍,吸附能力约为原生结构煤的4倍,渗透率约为原生结构煤的10倍,煤体强度明显低于原生结构煤。在试验研究的基础上,分析构造软煤的物理力学特性对煤与瓦斯突出的影响。
In order to better understand and control the coal and gas outburst, representative samples of native structure coal and tectonic soft coal were taken. Their physical and mechanical characteristics were studied experimentally usiny microscope, pressure mercury method, IS-100 type isothermal adsorption and desorption meter, MYS- I type test equipment for coal and rock sample seepage rate, gas coal and rock mass gas-solid coupled parameter tester. Experimental results show that the structure of tectonic soft coal has been badly destroyed, and its micro fracture pore develops, that compared with native structure of coal, tectonic soft coal is 2 - 3 times lager in total pore volume, 1.75 times bigger in specific surface area, 4 times stronger in adsorption capacity, 10 times higher in seepage rate,and that the mass strength of the tectonic soft coal is obviously lower than that of native structure coal. Based on the experiment, the effects of physical and mechanical characteristics of tectonic soft coal on coal and gas outburst were analyzed.
