加热回流提取牡丹花粉黄酮工艺研究及其安全性评价

摘要 利用单因素和正交试验对加热回流提取牡丹花粉总黄酮工艺进行优化。最佳工艺是:100%的乙醇为溶剂,料液比为1:20,水浴温度为90℃,水浴时间为1h,牡丹花粉总黄酮得率为8.28%;化妆品刺激性,腐蚀性鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜眼刺激试验结果表明其不具有眼刺激性;人体斑贴试验结果表明30位志愿者,在反应0.5h、24h、48h内测试区均呈现阴性反应。 The extraction effects of Peony Pollen flavonoids were investigated, and the optimum conditions for the reflux were studied by orthogonal experiment. The results showed for the reflux method the optimal condition was 90℃, 1:20(W/V), 100 % ethanol, extracting for 1 hour. The adsorption ratio for flavonoids was 8.28%. The data of Cosmetics ocular irritant and corrosive HET-CAM test are shown no stimulation. Human Skin Patch Test results showed that 30 volunteers in response to 0.5h,24h and 48h in test area are negative reaction.
