摘要
[目的]了解临床护士职业生涯发展应对策略、职业生涯状况、自我效能感的现状,探讨临床护士职业生涯发展应对策略与职业生涯状况、自我效能感的相关性。[方法]采用便利抽样法对宁夏某三级甲等医院303名临床护士发放职业生涯应对策略量表、一般自我效能感量表、职业生涯状况评价量表进行调查。[结果]临床护士职业生涯状况得分为69.42分±9.80分,得分率69.51%;职业生涯状况的职业认同、职业满意度、组织承诺、留职意愿及自我效能感与临床护士应对策略呈显著正相关。[结论]临床护士职业生涯发展应对处于中高水平,护理管理者应关注其对临床护士职业生涯状况的影响并开展相应的教育与培训,以促进临床护士职业生涯的科学发展。
Objective：To know about the career development coping strategies,career status,and the status quo of self-efficacy of clinical nurse, so as to probe into the correlation between career development coping strategies, status and self - efficacy of clinical nurses. Methods ： Convenience sampling method was used for 303 clinical nurses in a three grade A hospital in Ningxia, and career coping strategies scale, general self - efficacy scale and career status rating scale were offered for their investigation. Results ： The score of clinical nurse career situation was 69. 42 ± 9. 80 points,scoring rate was 69.51% ;occupational career status of vocational identity, career satisfaction, organization commitment, intention to stay jobs and self - efficacy of clinical nurses were positively correlated with coping strategies. Conclusion：The clinical nurse career development cop- ing is in a mid - high level, nursing managers should be concerned about its impact on the clinical nurse career status and carry out the appropriate education and training, so as to promote the scientific development of the clinical nurse career.
