摘要
重点分析了辽河流域出现的水生态条件恶化、河湖萎缩、湿地退化、地表地下水体污染、灌区次生盐渍化、河床淤积以及地下水大面积超采等严重的水生态环境问题,提出了预留生态环境需水量的解决途径。
This paper analyzes the aquatic ecological environmen grading aquatic ecological conditions, shrinking rivers and lakes, underground water, secondary salinization in the irrigated area, tal issues in Liao Ri degrading wetland, river sedimentation ver Catchment, such as de- pollution of the surface and and over abstraction of the groundwater. It is recommended to reserve the environmental water need as a solution.
