摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除与开腹手术中应用快速康复外科护理的效果比较。方法选取2010年7月至2012年7月在我院救治的94例胆囊切除患者，随机分为观察组（腹腔镜手术）和对照组（传统开腹手术）各47例。分析比较两组患者应用快速康复外科护理后的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为91．5％，对照组总有效率为74．5％，观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组手术时间、术后排气时间、手术出血量、住院时间及手术疼痛评分均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组住院天数和住院费用均显著低于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；观察组满意度显著高于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论快速康复外科护理应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术，具有疗效佳、创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短和患者满意度高等优点，值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective To evaluate the diffirent effect of the fast rehabilitation surgical nursing between laparoscopic cholecystecto- my and conventional open surgery. Methods A total of 94 patitents with cholecysteetomy in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （laparoscopic surgery） and control group （ conventional open surgery）, each group con- tained 47 cases. The clinical curative effect of the two groups after the fast rehabilitation surgical nursing were analyzed and com- pared. Results The total effect rate of the observation group was 91.5%, and the control group was 74. 5%. The curative effects of the ob- servation group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the operative time, postoperative exhaust time, operative blood loss, duration of hospitalization and surgery pain ratings of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. There were statistical significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The hospitalization days and costs of the observation were significantly lower than those of the control group with significant differences （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group with significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusions There are the good effects, less trauma, quicker recovery, shorter hospitalization days and higher patient satisfaction for us to use the fast rehabilitation surgical nursing to laparoscopie cholecystectomy, which is worthy of application and promotion
