摘要
目的探讨临床心理护理在儿童孤独症治疗中的作用。方法在对33例孤独症儿童进行医教结合的治疗过程中,运用临床心理护理策略,干预时间8个月。干预前后分别对患儿进行ABC量表、PEP量表评定,并对结果进行统计分析。结果与干预前比较,干预后33例孤独症儿童ABC量表得分有明显下降,PEP量表得分有明显提高。结论在儿童孤独症的治疗中,临床心理护理能明显改善其干预效果,起到重要的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing in treatment of children with autism. Method On 33 cases of integration of medical teaching autistic children in the course of treatment, using clinical psychological nursing strategy, intervention time 8 months.Before and after the intervention, separately for children with ABC gauges, PEP rating scale, statistical results and analyses. Results The intervention earlier, following the intervention of 33 cases of children with autism ABC scale score decreased significantly, PEP scale scores have improved significantly. Conclusions In children with autism information, obviously improve their clinical psychological nursing intervention, play an important therapeutic effects.
