摘要
慢性前列腺炎是最常见的男科疾病之一,且发病率呈上升趋势。通过采集病灶局部信息来揭示慢性前列腺炎的中医证型,无疑对本病辨证的规范化和标准化提供了一定的量化指标。20世纪80年代以来,前列腺的局部辨证得到诸多学者的重视,不同学者提出了不同理论和方法。本文就前列腺的中医概念,前列腺局部辨证的演变过程,以及慢性前列腺炎局部辨证的研究进展等方面进行了概述。
Chronic prostatitis is one of the most common diseases in andrology, and the incidence is rising. Through the acquisition of the focal information to reveal syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic prostatitis, it may provide some quantified indexes for the normalization and standardization of syndrome differentiation. Since the 1980s, prostate local syndrome differentiation has been paid a lot of attention by many scholars ; different scholars put for- ward different theories and methods. In this paper, the concept of Chinese medicine prostate, the evolution process of prostate local syndrome differentiation, as well as the research progress of local syndrome differentiation of chronic prosta- titis was summarized.
