摘要
目的:探讨血液净化联合前列地尔治疗急性肾衰竭的临床实际治疗效果,从而为临床治疗急性肾衰竭提供可靠的指导和参考。方法:选取我院2009年12月～2012年12月间入院治疗的112例急性肾衰竭患者为研究对象,对患者的相关临床资料进行了回顾性分析,对患者采用不同治疗方法后的相关临床治疗效果进行了比较研究。结果:两组患者实施不同治疗方法后内生肌酐清除率(CCR)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿素(UR)、尿量等指标与治疗前相比较,两组患者水平差异不大,实施不同治疗方法后,联合组患者的指标均显著优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);实施不同治疗方法后,联合组患者的APACHEⅡ评分均显著优于对照组患者的水平,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗急性肾衰竭的过程中,采用血液净化联合前列地尔治疗的临床效果显著,是临床治疗急性肾衰竭的安全可靠选择。
Objective. To discuss effect of blood purification treatment combined with alprostadil on 56 cases of acute renal failure. Methods： Clinical data of 112 cases of acute renal failure admitted from December 2009 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. The effect of different treatments was ob- served and compared. Results： There was no significant change in creatinine clearance, creatinine, urea ni- trogen, urine volume after treatment in two groups but all indexes and APACHE II were significant im-proved in treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Blood purification combined with alprostadil is effec- tive on acute renal failure. It is safe and reliable.
