摘要
文章利用有限元分析软件Hypermesh、LS-DYNA和LS-PrePost,建立矿用V型锁式接链环的动力学模型,分析接链环冲击状态下的动态特性。研究结果表明,在卡链冲击状态下V型锁式接链环的弹性销所受最大应力为535.4MPa,半环所受的最大应力为450MPa,均小于其屈服极限,V型锁式接链环具有较强的抗冲击性能。
To study the mechanical properties of V-lock chain ring under impact load caused by stuck chain, the kinetic model of mining V-lock chain ring is established by using finite element analysis software Hypermesh, LS-DYNA, and LS-PrePost. The results show that under the impact load caused by stuck chain, the maxi- mum stress of the elastic pin is 535.4 MPa and the maximum stress of the semi-ring is 450 MPa which are less than yield limit, showing strong impact resistance of the V-lock chain ring.
