摘要
介绍了在自行车疲劳测试中的气动力闭环技术,通过对现行主要标准与目前测试设备中存在问题的分析,引入了气动伺服力闭环技术,介绍了其组成、关键技术、及满足自行车疲劳测试的气动伺服力闭环系统的要求。以一个试验论证了分析的结果。该技术具有先进性与广阔的应用前景。
Pneumatic force closed-loop control technology in bicycle fatigue strength test is described in this article. Based on the a- nalysis of all relevant testing standards and problems of exiting test equipment, pneumatic servo force closed-loop control technology is introduced into it.This article also introduces the key technology of its composition, which meets the requirements o| the pneumatic servo closed-loop system in the bicycle fatigue strength test. Finally, the analysis results is proved by the test. Its technology is ad- vanced and exists in the wide application prospects.
