儿童骨髓增生异常综合征诊治研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）是一组克隆性造血干细胞疾病，其特征为难治性血细胞减少，髓系细胞1系或多系病态造血和无效造血，并存在向白血病转化的趋势与风险。儿童MDS相对比较罕见，故现阶段对MDS的认识多来自于对成人MDS的研究。然而，两者之间在临床表现、形态学、细胞遗传学和预后影响因素等方面均存在明显差异。现将近年来有关对儿童MDS的疾病认识和临床诊治研究进展，简要综述如下。
