摘要
目的探讨急诊科开展"优质护理服务"的方法与效果。方法围绕"优质护理服务"的理念,实施个性化、人性化的护理,合理配置和使用人力资源,完善护理工作制度和简化工作流程,建立有效的绩效考评机制。结果开展"优质护理服务"以来,科室护理质量、患者满意度提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论根据患者需要,结合科室工作特点,开展优质护理服务,可提高护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective To explore the method of Quality Care and observe its effect in Emergency Department. Methods The personalized and humane care was implemented, and human resources was allocated rationally focus on the philosophy of Quality Care. The care system was completed, the workflow was Simplified, and the effective appraisal mechanism was establish. Results The quality of care and patient satisfaction were increased since Quality Care was Implemented, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Conclusions The high-quality care can improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction based on the patient's needs ~:fl~ work characteristics in Emergency Department.
