摘要
我国沿海地区海洋经济发展存在明显差异,本文基于我国11个沿海地区建立了区域海洋经济发展潜力评价体系,选取了四个子系统水平,即海洋经济发展现状、海洋资源供给能力、海洋环境承载力以及海洋科技力量的支持,在此基础上进一步细分出18个可直接量化的指标。通过数据搜索,运用主成分分析法对18个指标进行了定量分析,得出11个地区海洋经济发展潜力综合排名,以及各主成分得分排名,分析各地区海洋经济发展中的问题。
There is a tremendous difference in marine economic developing potential among coastal provinces. The developing potential can help us to identify the problems in economic development, and make sense for achieving the coordinated development of regional economies. To establish a system for developing potential in regional marine economy, four subsystems are selected, which are present marine economic situation, the capacity of marine resources and environment, the support of ocean science. Then the four subsystems are divided into 18 indexes, which can be collected to calculate. Based on the principal component analysis, we process the 18 data. At last, we get developing potential of 11 regions and analyze the issues in marine development.
