摘要
智能配电系统将具备快速的网络转供能力,变电站在下级配电网的支持下能够超越传统导则显著提高满足安全边界的最大负载率,因此,有必要研究能精确计算配电网安全边界的方法。文中将安全域方法应用于配电系统,提出了基于N-1安全性准则的配电系统安全域(DSSR)的概念和模型;定义了运行点相对于DSSR边界距离的计算方法;提出了基于DSSR的安全性评价方法及初步的安全控制方法;通过算例验证了模型及方法的有效性。
The future smart distribution system will possess fast network transfer capability,which means that with the support of the lower-level distribution network,the maximum load rate on the security boundary of substations can be markedly increased from that under the traditional planning guideline.Against this background,it is necessary to perform research on an accurate method to calculate the distribution system security boundary.By using the security region based method in the distribution system,the definition and model of distribution system security region(DSSR) based on the N-1 security guideline for the distribution system are proposed.Then the distance from an operating point to the security boundaries is defined and calculated.A security assessment method and a preliminary control method based on the DSSR are further proposed.Finally,a case study is provided to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed concepts and models.
