摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展以及文化强国口号的提出,高职院校为满足社会经济发展和专业教育特征的需要,将实践技能的培养作为人才培养的关键,并从三个方面分析了实践教学对"非物质文化遗产保护与管理"专业人才培养的重要性,提出了既要利用现有资源优势,从实际出发,因地制宜地开展校内实践教学活动,同时又要大力发展校外实训基地建设,拓展学生的创新思维,以此提高学生的实践操作能力,实现零距离对接相关职业岗位及就学与就业之间的无缝对接,真正办出高职教育的特色,突出"学以致用"的人才培养理念。
With the rapid development of social economy and to build a culturally strong nation, vocational colle- ges attach more importance to the training of practical skills as the key of cultivating talents in order to meet the needs of vocational education. The practice teaching is important for the talent training of the major of protection and management of intangible cultural heritage. We should take advantage of the resources available to carry out the on-campus practice teaching activities, while develop the off-campus training for the students＇ innovative think- ing so as to improve students＇ practical ability and create zero distance to related occupations. We should highlight the characteristic of vocational education as well as the idea of ＂learning for the purpose of application＂.
