三聚氰胺甲醛树脂插层水滑石/环氧树脂复合材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了改善阻燃材料的阻燃、力学性能,采用共沉淀法和原位聚合法制备了三聚氰胺甲醛树脂插层水滑石(MF-LDHs)及MF-LDHs/环氧树脂(EP)复合材料(MF-LDHs/EP)。通过正交实验确定了MF-LDHs的最佳制备条件:pH=7,反应温度为80℃,n(水滑石)∶n(三聚氰胺)=1∶1,反应时间为2h。用XRD、FT-IR、TGA、SEM表征了LDH和MF-LDHs,并研究MF-LDHs/EP复合材料的阻燃和力学性能。结果表明,MF-LDHs/EP的氧指数(OI)随MF-LDHs的添加量的增大而增大,当MF-LDHs添加量为40%时,MF-LDHs/EP的氧指数达到27.7%;MF-LDHs可以同时提高复合材料的强度,含20wt%MF-LDHs的MF-LDHs/EP抗拉强度达到47.85MPa,比纯EP提高了13.98%。 The best condition of preparation for Intercalated-LDHs(MF-LDHs)was studied by orthogonal experiment and co-precipitation method. The MF-LDHs/EP nano-composites were prepared by means of melt blending EP with MF-LDHs. LDH and MF-LDHs were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, TGA and SEM. The fire retardant and mechanical properties of MF-LDHs nano-composites were also studied. The results indicated that the inter-lamellar spacing was enlarged;The OI of MF-LDHs/EP reached 27. 7% with 40% of MF-LDHs. The MF-LDHs also improved the mechanical properties of MF-LDHs/EP. The biggest strength of MF-LDHs/EP was at using 20% MF-LDHs.
