摘要
人车箕斗底架是矿井提升系统的关键部件之一,为获得其结构及功能特性的最优,采用了基于ANSYS的有限元分析方法,而有限元分析的首要条件是有限元模型的正确建立。通过对底架纵横梁的接触模拟、底架板簧支承的模拟以及纵横梁表面均布载荷方向确定这3个关键问题的处理,建立了底架的有限元模型,为后续底架的静力分析、模态分析奠定了基础。
Man-car skip's underframe is one of the key components of mine hoist system, in order to obtain the optimal structure and functional properties, this paper adopted finite element analysis methods based on ANSYS. Because of correctly finite element model is the first condition of finite element analysis , the paper established the underframe finite element model by handling three key technologies which are contacts simulated of vertical and horizontal beam, support simulated of steel-spring and the direction of vertical and horizontal beam surface uniformly distributed load , thus laid the foundation of static analysis and modal analysis of the underframe.
