摘要
建立了煤矿矿用起重机转台的三维模型,将三维模型导入ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析,得到起重机转台的应力分布图、应变分布图和疲劳分析结果,结合分析结果有效地优化了起重机转台的结构,提高了转台的可靠性。
This paper establishes the three-dimensional model of the turntable used in mine crane. The three-dimensional model was introduced into ANSYS Workbench to make finite element analysis,and the stress distribution diagram, strain distribution diagram and fatigue analysis result of turntable used in mine crane was derived from it. Combined with the results of the analysis to effectively optimize the structure of the crane turntable,increased the reliability of the turntable.
