摘要
零件表面质量影响零件的使用性能和使用寿命,通过对轴类零件车削表面粗糙度形成机理分析,认为车削零件表面粗糙度的形成主要与车刀形状、积屑瘤、振动及散热条件等有关,选择合理的车刀角度,减小车削进给量,适当提高工件转速,并选择合适的切削液可以有效地提高零件加工的表面质量。
Surface roughness on the service performance of the parts have great influence, in this article, turning process are analyzed from the geometric and physical angles. It is pointed out that the surface roughness depends on angels of lathe tool, cutting parameters, the rigidity of process system and the rational selection of the cutting fluid. In order to improve the surface quality of machining parts. We should choose reasonable angels of lathe tool, reduce the amount of feed, increase the rotational speed of workpiece, and reduce the cutting temperature from selecting appropriate cutting fluid.
